Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry. He has always remained an active participant in industry events and organizations. Jeff's experience with the MAFSI board of directors and executive committee, along with multiple rep councils, has enabled him to see the industry from a broader perspective. He has carried that perspective over to the Link2 Hospitality Solutions family.

Fred Carragher

FRED J. CARRAGHER (Serv Safe Certified, CFSP II) Owner

Fred Carragher has been an Independent Representative in the Hospitality Industry for over 30 years. His expertise has included suppliers for both the back of the house and front of the house applications. This experience has allowed a unique perspective when approaching a hospitality based project. These projects have included working with B&I, Higher Education, Restaurants, Country Clubs, and Full Service Hotels to name a few. He can offer a perspective that allows an overall project analysis.

Kim Hayton

KIM HAYTON Office Manager

Kim brings over 25 years of administrative experience to Link2. She is responsible for daily office procedures and management in the Rochester office. Here organizational skills ensure smooth operations in a busy work environment. Kim also assists with marketing, inside sales, and customer service.

Poppy Hudson

POPPY HUDSON Inside Sales/Customer Service

Poppy has over 15 years of experience working extensively with custom commercial walk-in coolers, freezers and refrigeration. She works closely with dealers in designing the right walk-in to fit their customers’ needs.  Poppy is also very knowledgeable in all of our other equipment lines.  She provides quotes for bid projects and assists in finding the right products for specific applications.

Rob Schwalm

ROB SCHWALM Corporate Chef/Territory Manager

Rob is a culinary professional with many years of experience in the culinary field. In addition to receiving his culinary degree, Rob has previously worked as a chef at various upscale restaurants in the western New York area. Rob has been a territory manager and corporate chef for Link2 Hospitality Solutions’ in both upstate NY and Western PA & West Virginia and currently resides in Pittsburgh.

Julio Torres

JULIO TORRES Dealer Specialist/Territory Manager

Julio has over 17 years of experience as a salesman and project manager in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry. Starting as a smallwares specialist and installer, he went on to learn equipment and became a project manager where he designed several restaurants in the Rochester area. He has also managed many large projects for schools, hospitals and various other institutions. Julio is a dealer relationship specialist in the Upstate NY market.

Christine Taylor

CHRISTINE TAYLOR Territory Manager

Chrissy has been in restaurant equipment and supply sales for over 15 years. She has worked closely with both healthcare and institutional accounts to partner with her customer base and meet their unique needs. She will be the Pittsburgh area Territory Manager for equipment and is excited to join the Link2 family.
